What to Expect from the Role:
The Business Development Representative plays an integral role in the success of our organization by helping to acquire new customers.
You’ll work from our new Roswell office and align with our Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success Team, and Marketing to help build a viable sales pipeline within an assigned territory.
Your responsibilities will include driving new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
You will usually be the first line of human contact with prospects, tasked with sparking curiosity and generating interest in our solutions.
Your first 6 months: You will learn the Avotis suite of solutions and messaging, the tools necessary to be successful, build relationships with your Regional Sales Managers, leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and the business, consistently meet goals for initial meeting setup.
6-18 months: Continue to build on your core skills and product/ industry knowledge, know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so, begin to expand your knowledge of Inside Sales duties and responsibilities, work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years sales experience a plus.

The Customer Support Engineer will help to resolve customer issues by responding via phone and email to client inquiries. The ideal candidate will have good business acumen, excellent communication skills and a proven track record for consideration.
Respond via phone and email to client inquiries
Resolve client technical issues promptly
Document and manage client information via CRM application
Prioritize client requests and respond accordingly on daily basis
Collaborate with Product Development team as needed to resolve client issues
Report timely and accurate unresolved issues to Supervisor
Maintain professional image at all time to clients
Skills & Requirements
2-4 years of professional technical customer service support
Microsoft SQL server experience
Microsoft Active Directory experience
Enterprise class applications such as Lotus Notes, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness, UNIX, Linux, mainframes, etc.
Working knowledge of Java and J2EE platforms including Tomcat, Apache webservers is a plus
Account provisioning and password, identity and access management domain knowledge preferred
Exceptional customer relationship skills, technical troubleshooting skills, team-focused, detail-oriented, efficient organization skills, and self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (phone and conversation management)
Time management proficiency
Proficient with MS Office applications
High motivation. Will do whatever it takes to ensure customer and company success
BA/BS Degree or equivalent technical experience and training required
